Customers may request order cancellation only before the order has been shipped or dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order is processed and dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted. To request cancellation, customers must contact our support team immediately with their order details.
Returns are accepted only if the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery along with proper photo or video proof. Returned products must remain unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories and invoice copies.
Once the return request is reviewed and approved by our support team, customers will receive instructions for the return process. The product may either be picked up by our logistics partner or customers may be asked to ship the item back to our return address as instructed.
After successful inspection and approval of the returned product, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Refund timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Products that are physically damaged by the customer, used improperly, missing original packaging, or reported after the allowed timeframe are not eligible for return or refund. Certain discounted, clearance, or promotional sale products may also be non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.
