These terms govern access to zyrevia.in and purchases of toys, games, learning kits, and related products from Zyrevia E-Commerce Private Limited. Please read them before placing an order.

At a glance
The adult customer is responsible for choosing age-appropriate products and supervising children around small parts, batteries, magnets, water, and outdoor play.
An order is accepted only after Zyrevia confirms it. We may contact you to verify details or cancel an order affected by stock, pricing, address, or payment issues.
Customers must provide accurate account, delivery, and contact information and must not misuse the store, payment flow, reviews, or another person's account.
Products, prices, and availability
We aim to keep product names, images, descriptions, dimensions, age guidance, included components, prices, discounts, and availability accurate. Colours and appearance may vary by screen, batch, lighting, or packaging. A product image may show a styled scene and does not automatically mean every pictured item is included.
Prices and offers are displayed in Indian Rupees and may change before an order is confirmed. If we identify a material pricing or listing error, we may contact you before fulfilment and offer cancellation or the available correction.
Orders and payments
You are responsible for reviewing the cart, delivery address, contact details, items, quantities, and total before placing an order. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the request; acceptance occurs when Zyrevia confirms the order or begins fulfilment.
Online payments are processed by the selected payment provider. For COD orders, the customer agrees to be available at the delivery address and pay the confirmed amount when the parcel is delivered. We will never ask for a UPI PIN, card PIN, password, or OTP to confirm an order.
Safe and appropriate use
The adult purchaser must read the product guidance and decide whether an item is appropriate for the intended child. Children should be supervised where a product has small parts, magnets, batteries, strings, water, moving parts, or outdoor-use risks. Zyrevia is not a substitute for the manufacturer's safety instructions.
If a product appears unsafe, damaged, or incomplete, stop using it and contact support with the order number and details.
Website use and content
You may use the store for lawful personal shopping. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security, scrape restricted data, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the payment flow for an unauthorised transaction.
Reviews, messages, and other material submitted by a customer must be lawful, accurate, and non-infringing. You grant Zyrevia permission to use such material to operate and improve the store, while retaining ownership of your original content.
Linked policies and liability
The Shipping Policy, Return & Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy form part of these terms. If a conflict exists, the specific policy for that subject will apply to the extent of the conflict.
To the extent permitted by law, Zyrevia is not responsible for interruptions outside its reasonable control, including courier disruption, payment-provider downtime, network failure, or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Questions about an order or these terms should be sent to support@zyrevia.in with the relevant order number. Zyrevia may update these terms when the store or applicable requirements change; the current effective date appears at the top of this page.
